BİLEN CAR RENTAL
EXEMPT CAR RENTAL - DAMAGE ASSURANCE CONDITIONS
If the car you have rented has been damaged, you will not face any surprises after the damage. The way to follow in case of damage to the vehicle you have rented is as outlined below:
DEFINITIONS:
VEHICLE OWNER: BİLEN OTOMOTİV TİC.LTD.ŞTİ.
RENTER: The legal person who rents the car.
1. 1.. The vehicle is protected by traffic insurance and exempt
damage assurance conditions.
1.1.
In order to open
a damage file from damage assurance, the RENTER must provide the original
police report or accident detection report with material damage, license copies
of the vehicles involved in the accident, traffic insurance policies of the
parties, drivers' licenses, photos of the crime scene and vehicles after the
accident to the VEHİCLE OWNER.
1.2.
The RENTER is responsible for all damages that will occur to
the vehicle within the scope of the rental agreement process.
1.3.
In case the
insurance company does not accept the declaration or excludes it from the
scope, or in case the documents are missing, it is the RENTER's responsibility
to cover the costs related to the damage.
2.
Each rental
vehicle has a damage exemption fee equal to the value multiplied by 2% (two
percent) of the value in the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies list
determined by the Association of Insurance and Reinsurance Companies of Turkey.
The exempt damage assurance
will work as follows:
2.1.
In the event that
the RENTER is found to be 0% defective by the accident detection report or the
police report, the RENTER will not pay any damage exemption fee regardless of
the mini repair package.
2.2.
In case it is determined that the RENTER is defective by
25-50-75-100% with the accident detection report or the police report;
2.2.1.
If a mini repair package has
been purchased; the RENTER will not pay any damage exemption fee.
2.2.2.
If the mini repair package has
not been purchased; the exemption fee is covered by the RENTER, above this
figure; the traffic insurance IMM limit is up to +50,000 TL (Fifty thousand TL)
(per accident) by the RENTER. Traffic
Insurance IMM+More
than 50.000 TL is covered by the RENTER.
2.3.
In case of one sided accident or damage (including parking
accidents);
2.3.1.
If a mini repair package has
been purchased; the RENTER will not pay any damage exemption fee.
2.3.2.
If the mini
repair package has not been purchased; 2 times the exemption fee (due to an
accident without a record) is covered by the RENTER, the traffic insurance IMM limit above this figure is
covered by the RENTER up to +50,000 TL (Fifty thousand TL) (per accident). Traffic Insurance
IMM+More
than 50.000 TL is covered by the RENTER.
